Weird Science medals won by AGS-Noida students!
March 30, 2012
AGS-Noida students won some silver medals in the Wierd Science category in the OM Regional fair 2011-12 held in Delhi.
Odyssey of the Mind (OM) , 2011 - 2012
OM is a Creative Problem Solving Competition, Organised by Creative Competitions, Inc
The Regional fair was held on 22nd January 2012 in Delhi and AGS Noida students participated in Problem 2: Weird Science (Award sponsored by NASA)
17 teams participated in the program.
Our team created and presented a device to uncover an imaginary mysterious event through various acts based on NASA photographs.
Noida students won Silver medal in Division III

Indian Schools Fair in Bangkok, Thailand
March 03, 2012
Amity Global School's Principal, Mr McDaniel, took part in the Indian School's Fair in Bangkok, Thailand. It took place on 3-4 March 2012 and there were about 50 Indian schools participating.
His Excellency Anil Wadhwa, Indian Ambassador to Thailand opened the Fair on 3 March
Many Thai parents visited the School Fair and we were able to discuss with parents interested in having their children study at Amity Global School in Gurgaon or Noida.

Indian Schools Fair in Seoul, Korea
February 25, 2012
Our Principal, Mr McDaniel, attended the Indian Schools Fair in Seoul, Korea 25-26 February and spoke with Korean families interested in having their children attend AGS.

AGS Principal attends School Expo in Lucknow
February 10, 2012
On 10-11 February AGS Principal, Mr McDaniel, attended an Indian School's Expo held in Lucknow and talked with parents that were interested in having their students begin to study at AGS in July. The response was good, perhaps because Lucknow doesn't have any IGCSE or IB schools.
